Home on the Granger
I should have known last time I was there, but Sydney is becoming renown as a food destination.
Every meal I ate was otherwoldly, especially at Icebergs Dining Room and bills and bills 2.
Look for Bill Granger to end up the most well known Aussie Chef on our shores.

The "Report" Delayed to Sept 19th
Apparently my request with SBC to transfer DSL to my new home was translated to a "Disconnection Request". SBC is scheduled to reconnect on September 19th, which coincidentally is the premiere of "Kitchen Confidential" on Fox TV. Check the link for interviews with the cast.
