Ins and Outs
The inevitible In and Out list for 2005 Food trends has no suprises when
it comes to a certain celebrity chef whose star crashed hard on network television.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, Ina Garten's star, who's on my "one to watch" list, is rising.
Other outs for this year include Low Carb Diets and splenda. I'm surprised the
overplayed "anything flavored with chipotle" isn't on the list.
2004, chipotle this and chipotle that... really wore me out.
