Lost Empires
Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant empire is already stretched too
thin and quality has suffered. Is Bobby Flay the next to join him? Both of
them along with Nobu Matsuhisa have announced new locations of their
restaurants at the Atlantis, Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas. With Mesa Grill
Las Vegas just opened, and Bar Americain opening in March 2005, he just might be overplaying his hand.
This is old news, but speaking of Bobby Flay, he's a judge on CBS' new reality show "Wickedly Perfect, debuting this Thursday, January 06 at 8pm. Looks awful!
