I can not stand the Diva Ramsey. He is bringing the profession back several years with his yelling and demeaning of his cooks. 3 star Chef or not I would not put up with his Sh!t!!! Chef's like that would be ousted as soon as they finished their sentence. This day and age, forget it, yelling and sreaming in the kitchen IS SO 1970's.

See, I eat all that stuff up. I romanticize the abuse and kitchen behavior from reading "Kitchen Confidential".
