Emeril's Katrina Response
I thought Emeril's been looking a bit tired lately on his show. Apparently his schedule is so hectic he hasn't had time to check out his New Orleans restaurants and visit with staff. This writer rips him for his non-visit, when others such as Paul Prudhomme have been feeding anyone they can.
