Pelt Rocco
You can say many things about Rocco Dispirito, but I applaud his efforts to boycott Canadian seafood products, primarily snow crabs in protest of the annual seal hunt. Yes, I'm talking about the clubbing baby seals. I wish the idiotic anti-foie gras extremists would focus on this bonafide animal cruelty issue, rather than targeting chefs who serve foie gras, their businesses and families.

From what I read, most of the seal hunters only derive 5% of their income from the annual seal hunt.
I'm skeptical of that number, since most causes inflate and exxagerate their statistics to hit you emotionally.
My understanding is that most of the hunters are fishermen as well. But, keep in mind, I only used one source of information for this blog entry.
