2005's Best New Restaurants
Esquire just published its list of the Best New Restaurants of 2005. While none are run by bona-fide celeb chefs, they are on the forefront of modern cuisine. Who knows, someone might end up on TV with a microphone and a tailgate party.
In the same issue, but not online, Ted Allen, of "Queer Eye" fame wrote a great fold out piece called "The Laws of Dining", with such info and tips such as :
"Consider leaving the kiddies at home, and the cell phone."
"Almost nobody knows anything about wine."
"If you've seen him on TV, he's probably not in the kitchen. Exception: Bobby Flay."
Let's hear it for my man Bobby!!
