Nobu in Atlantis

Famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa opened his "Nobu in Atlantis" with "great fanfare".
The impressive 7,100 square-foot combines elements of traditional and modern Japanese design.
Featured is an exclusive "sake cellar" for 12, with views of the marina.

Now I'm all for a successful business expanding, but I think it's different with high quality restaurants. When these highly motivated chefs keep opening up more and more outposts, I'm almost certain the food and service quality suffers. But that's what a famous chef does, opens more restaurants, perhaps a tv show. I mean, my blog needs something to write about.
